Vulnerabilities (fears): Dressing rooms (too small – I’d rather shimmy into the item right in the open fresh air), being chased, that I won’t fit into the lines, that true belonging will mean bleeding outside the lines a bit, that I am not equipped to guide my children to genuine self-love. and that I don’t have enough time for all the change I would like to see in myself.
Joys: Writing, seeing my children smile when they do something that, deep in their heart, they are proud of, rainbows, hand holding, the sun on my face, and when I connect with another human in a present and meaningful way.

Something you love about yourself
I love my soft expressive eyes and my big huge mouth. I love that they can take over my face without words and give my emotions away; no poker face. I love my giant, curious, childlike heart, and that I use it to tell stories, be silly, be a mama, be grateful, be innocent, naïve and go deep with the humans around me. I love that I love deeply.
What is your Superpower & why?
Love. I show up with positive assumptions and reflect when judgement creeps into my heart. Loving the human in front of me even when I do not like them or what they are saying, especially when I do not agree, when what they are saying goes against ideas that I hold dear is the gritty, necessary work. It’s earth-shattering. Loving humans.
What is your favorite Service to perform and why?
First and forevermore: connection. I love to connect and take care of the humans who walk into Vi. It is my very favorite service to perform.
For myself, I love having lash extensions, as it gives me valuable daily routine time in the morning. I wake up bright and lashy. I think brows gives me a lot of bang for my buck. The bushier and bolder, the younger I feel. For skin, it’s the routine and creating habits around getting facials, peels and all the things that actually protect my skin over time. If I am looking for the perceived magic pill (there isn’t one – the only magic is consistency), it would be: needling, PRP, and injectables, which give me instant results and bring me pure joy!
